REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are glad to offer a return to our customers. If you would like to return your order, you have 10 business days to process a return. 

We do not offer exchanges, but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail through our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

We recommend using FedEx, UPS, and DHL however, We offer return shipping labels for US customers. Using return shipping labels is the recommended way to return your item to Blingndazz, as you will be able to track your return and receive your credit much more quickly than if you were to send your return yourself.

Return shipping labels can be purchased for $5.99. Return shipping labels can be purchased and all returns can be submitted via our return process.

 Please notice that we are unable to refund original shipping charges when an item is returned

If the packaging is ripped, or items are used, a modest restocking fee of $3 per package will be deducted from the reimbursement. Additionally, if your items were initially shipped with no shipping fees but are returned, a $5.99 cost will be deducted from your reimbursement. We believe this policy helps us maintain our commitment to providing quality service while ensuring a fair and reasonable process.

Any package returned back to us for non-acceptance upon delivery, or non-delivery due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, will be refunded minus all shipping costs (both ways).

ALL returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition/packaging.

Blingndazz has the right to refuse returns do not meet these requirements.

To process a return or exchange please contact us at support@blingndazzjewelry.com . with the following information: 

  • Full name and phone number 
  • Reason for the return/exchange 
  • Photo of the item(s)

Blingndazz issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order.

If an item is damaged in shipment, we will send you a shipping label and replace the damaged item. It would be helpful if you could provide a photo to expedite the process.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings and personalized items. 

We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected by our staff for damages and defects prior to leaving the warehouse. In the case of wrong/defected items, please contact customer service via e-mail: hello@blingndazzjewelry.com within 48 hours of receipt. Any claims made after 48 hours for wrong items will not be accepted.

Blingndazz will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping address information.

Earrings cannot be refunded or returned for hygiene reasons, but we will still honor our promise to exchange or replace broken or faulty goods.

Please notice that Blingndazz is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.

 

One discount code per order may be applied for a sale or promotion. No additional discounts or promotions may be applied at checkout. 

Rewards points may not be redeemed with additional discounts or promotions.

Only one discount code may be used per order. We do not accept multiple discount codes per order.

Custom and personalized Orders and Sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. No other discounts or promotions can be combined or will be honored on sale items.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
